Here are our delivery policies to help make sure we meet your expectations
We only deliver within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at the moment.
Free Standard Delivery on UK mainland orders on basket value above £10. Basket value Below £10 will have a shipping charge of £2.99 which will be added at checkout.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Dispatch within one working day of receiving the cleared payment.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you another email with details of how to track it.
Our UK plant team will always send your plants
in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them, we avoid dispatching the most perishable
plants over Bank Holiday weekends.
Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse when possible so that you may receive your order in multiple packages.
Most orders are sent on a fully-tracked courier service. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and our courier is asked to leave your order in a safe place on your property. We’ll send a tracking link when we dispatch your order, so you know when it’s due to arrive. Please note, once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know.
Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent through the post with
Royal Mail – in which case no tracking is available.
Please note, that we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or time.
Delivery to outlying postcode areas may take 1-2 days longer, depending
on your location.
